New Delhi. Samsung will host its Galaxy Unpacked event tonight. The program will start at 11:30 PM IST. The South Korean smartphone maker will introduce the Samsung Galaxy S23 series at the event. The company will bring three new phones under the series. These include the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus and Galaxy S23 Ultra. According to the leak, Samsung may also launch the new Galaxy Book laptop at the event to be held tonight.

The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event will be streamed live on YouTube tonight at 11:30 PM. Also, the event can be seen on Samsung’s official website and the company’s social media handles. Ahead of the official launch, the company itself has shared some information about the Samsung Galaxy S23 series.

Currently, Samsung has not given any information about the price of the smartphones. If reports are to be believed, the company might launch the new series of devices priced at Rs 7,000 more than the Samsung Galaxy S22 series.

Triple rear camera
Some recent teasers revealed that the company will offer triple rear cameras on the series devices. Some leaks claim that the top-end model of the lineup will come with the company’s in-house 200-megapixel ISOCELL HP2 sensor. Whereas on the S23 and S23 Plus, the company may offer a 50MP main camera, which may come with a 10MP telephoto lens and a 12MP ultra wide angle lens.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset
Talking about the hardware of the phones, the company will offer the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset in all three of its Galaxy S23 phones. The Samsung Galaxy S23 may be offered with a 3,900mAh battery, while the Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus may have a larger 4,700mAh battery. Both these models are said to support 25W wired charging.
