New Delhi. Redmi brought its Redmi Note 12 series to India earlier this month. Following this, the company brought three phones. These include Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro and Redmi Note 12 Pro+. One thing all these phones have in common is that they are all 5G phones. Meanwhile, there are reports that the company may soon bring another 4G phone in the series. According to the information, Redmi is planning to launch a new 4G smartphone called Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G in India.
A report by Xiaomiui states that the Redmi Note 12 4G has been spotted in the IMEI database. The report also states that the Redmi Note 12 4G may launch in India soon. Earlier last month a report said that the Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G has received NBTC certification.

The IMEI database shows three variants of a phone, but only two of them could be the Redmi Note 12 4G. These are 23021RAAEG and 23028RA60L for international and Indian markets respectively. Both these phones do not support NFC. Please tell that the Indian variant of Redmi Note 12 4G is codenamed ‘Tapas’.
64GB and 128GB internal storage
This phone can come with 4GB and 8GB RAM options and 64GB and 128GB internal storage options. The Redmi Note 12 4G is likely to run on Android 13-based MIUI 14. Rest of the specifications of Redmi Note 12 4G are not clear.
Specifications of Redmi Note 12 5G
Let us tell you about the specifications of the Redmi Note 12 5G, which was launched in India earlier this year. The phone features a 6.67-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. The phone has a triple rear camera setup on the back, which includes a 48-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. Powering the phone, it is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 processor. Also, the device is powered by a 5000mAh battery, which comes with fast charging support.
