Ola Care Subscription Plan: Electric car maker Ola has launched a new customer subscription plan. This new subscription plan is called Ola Care Subscription. Ola Care subscription has launched 2 plans, number one is Ola Care and number two is Ola Care +. Both the plans differ in price, but both aim to provide after-sales service to their Electric Vehicle (EV) customers. Let’s know the plan price and benefits.
Ola Care Price and Benefits
Ola’s first subscription plan, Ola Care is priced at Rs 1,999 per annum, while Ola Care+ is priced at Rs 2,999 per annum. The low-cost plan Ola Care includes services like free labor for services, theft assistance helpline and roadside puncture assistance. Also, in the premium plan Ola Care+, customers get all Ola Care benefits including annual comprehensive diagnostics, free home service and pick-up/drop, free consumables and 24/7 doctor and ambulance services.
Both plans will connect customers to Ola’s service network, which the company claims is designed to provide convenience to customers at their doorstep or at their nearest Ola Experience Center. Ola also said it has made service charges free on pick-up and drop as well as doorstep services. Ola said, “Being a customer-centric brand, service has always been a priority for us. With the Ola Care subscription plan, we are completely reimagining the customer service experience.”
