You get 4GB RAM and 3GB virtual RAM options. That is, you can increase the RAM up to 7 GB. Talking about the camera, the mobile phone comes with a triple camera setup, which has a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel secondary camera and an AI lens.
